Job Description

The Specialist, E-commerce, In-Store Fulfilment will support in building an industry leading Ecommerce program resulting in increased customer engagement and sales.   Accountabilities include:

Support

  • Liaise with Call Centre’s, Marketing and Operations to understand bugs and customer issues
  • Day to day management of bug backlog ensuring bugs are prioritized and monitored and communicating progress to stakeholders
  • Develop User Acceptance Test Cases
  • User Acceptance Testing of all new features and defect fixes

Customer Life Cycle Management

  • Manage programs to reduce cart abandonment and encourage repeat customers (collaboration with Marketing and Merchandising to design communications and build offers)
  • Manage all other transactional customer communications

Research and Organization

  • Compile Industry/Competitive Tracking Reports (i.e. evolving customer needs, emerging technologies and competitor offerings)
  • Collect and present data that will be used to evaluate opportunities
  • Organize meetings for internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyze management reporting/analytics and make recommendations on how to improve business performance 

Customer Satisfaction Tracking

  • As business lead, work with Insights Group to design, deliver and analyze customer satisfaction surveys

Subject matter expert (SME) for Orckestra Platform

  • Support the prioritization and grooming of the backlog and maintenance of our Product Roadmap
  • In collaboration with IT and external partners, support the development and deployment of new product features. Activities include:
  • Defining user stories
  • Evaluating prototypes
  • Working with Project Manager, ensure timely delivery of Releases
  • Support evaluation and deployment of new e-commerce solutions
  • Support day to day business relationship with technology partners
     

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of business management, marketing experience or product management (digital, mobile, ecommerce an asset)
  • Knowledge and/or experience in E-commerce or digital marketing and operations
  • Excellent written/verbal communications skills
  • Enjoy problem solving and working on projects from beginning to end
  • IT background, QA or UAT Testing, customer service, and/or project management experience an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Bi-lingual (English/French) an asset
  • Entrepreneurial, independent self-starter
