Overview

 

 

The Manager, Ecommerce Curbside Program Planning will play a key role in leading our Voila In-store Fulfilment Program as well as our non Voila Ecommerce programs.

Job Description

   Accountabilities include:
•    Lead the review and selection of Voila Curbside stores (hundreds of stores to be deployed in the next 2-3 years).  Manage the store launch roadmap working with key stakeholders (Operations, Real Estate, IT, Project Management, Strategy and Finance)
•    Develop and manage annual store launch budget ensuring on budget store implementations
•    Responsible for managing Curbside Program Performance including customer experience, sales, labour and fulfilment KPIs
o    Working with Data Analytics team, derive insights from data
o    work with multi-function teams to identify and execute tactics to improve program performance
•    Develop and communicate Executive level program dashboards and insights
•    Day to day product management of 5 Ecommerce programs IGA Buffets, Sobeys/Safeway Online Entertaining, Rachelle Bery, Car Wash, 3rd Party Floral
•    Responsible for overall business relationship management with key 3rd party Technology partners
•    Evaluate Industry/Competitive Tracking (i.e. evolving customer needs, emerging technologies and competitor offerings) in order to identify areas of opportunity
•    Manage and grow 5 high performance direct reports

Job Requirements

•    6+ years of business management or marketing experience
•    CPG Brand Management and/or Retail Operations experience is an asset
•    Knowledge and/or experience in Ecommerce Operations or Digital Marketing
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
•    Bi-lingual (English/French) an asset
•    Travel 10%-15%
