Overview

We're looking for a resourceful, adventurous, detail-oriented and talented Brand Manager to join the Voilà by Sobeys marketing team.  You are forever curious, connected to the pulse of digital brand, tech saavy and constantly exploring new ways to challenge convention.   You  have a deep understanding of what makes great brands thrive!   The Brand Manager  will be instrumental in helping shape and communicate our brand  across all customer experience touchpoints.

As Brand Manager you will be responsible for developing brand deliverables that elevate, differentiate and ensures the Voilà by Sobeys brand and experience shines through. 

 

Job Description

The E-Commerce, Brand Marketing Manager,  will actively contribute to the Marketing team and act as a champion of the Voilá Brand, building brand recognition (launch and brand awareness); the evolution of the brand and building long-term health of the brand aimed at business growth.

• Plan, develop and execute the implementation of strategic activities for eCommerce marketing programs with a focus on digital & social marketing
• Manage advertising, digital marketing, go-to-market planning, campaign analysis and post-reporting
• Develop creative marketing briefs and responsibility for sharing with internal teams and agencies
• Oversee program integration across channels, working with internal teams and agencies
• Responsible for campaign and advertising production for Voilá brand campaigns
• Maintain brand expression and standards for brand across all channels
• Contribute to the annual Marketing business plan for Voilá
• Assist in the development and the execution of the long-term strategic plans for Voilá Brand
• Responsible for budget management and reporting for own marketing program.
 

Job Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree
• 8 years of relevant experience 
• Strategic thinker with the ability to sell ideas internally and externally with third parties
• Experience in e-commerce retail environment
• Proven track record of collaborative leadership 
• Skilled in managing diverse projects and working with teams to reach goals and timelines, solution oriented
• Curious, creative, passion for food 
• Strategy player - both in thought and process  while playing a hands-on role in the execution of Marketing plans
• Ability to provide solutions and to think and act quickly
• Strong people skills and partnership builder 
• Master juggler - ability to set and manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experienced in developing clear communication plans that contribute to the success of the brand and KPIʼs
• Ability to manage budget and reporting
• Digital and social savvy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Easy to adapt to a constantly changing environment while remaining focused on deadlines
• Innovative and creative
