We are looking for a Data Administrator who will be involved in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of critical information within our e-commerce systems. Through meticulous data collection, updates, and entry, you'll contribute to operational excellence while upholding data security and compliance. Your precision and dedication will be key in delivering reliable, data-driven solutions across our organization.
Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
Product Data Entry
- Collect and update master data for e-commerce, integrating product data from core merchandising systems with Ocado Smart Platform.
- Prepare source data from Category Management and other teams, ready for input into systems as required.
- Maintain customer confidence and ensure the confidentiality of information.
- Create and maintain all product attributes, ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements.
- Enter information accurately into various systems as required.
- Adhere to policies and procedures concerning data maintenance, promptly reporting necessary changes.
- Enhance team efforts by achieving related outcomes as necessary.
- Monitor for errors and promptly report any data-related issues.
- Retrieve data to meet specific customer requirements.
Vendor/ Site/ Customer Data Entry
- Safeguard customer confidence and uphold information confidentiality.
- Establish and maintain all vendor master attributes, in line with Service Level Agreements.
- Follow prescribed policies and procedures to mitigate banking fraud risks.
- Create and uphold all site/customer master information accurately.
- Accurately input information into various systems as needed.
- Monitor for errors and promptly communicate data problems.
- Comply with data maintenance policies and procedures, highlighting change requirements as necessary.
- Contribute to team objectives by delivering pertinent outcomes as needed.
- Identify and report data issues or errors.
- Retrieve data to fulfill specific customer requisites.
What you have to offer:
- 1-3 years of prior experience in data entry/analysis.
- Community College Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in retail store and/or wholesale environments preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP and/or exposure to retail data systems.
- Familiarity with webshop/ecommerce data systems is a plus.
- Aptitude for understanding new technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
