Job Description

  • Own timely and accurate generating of replenishment report suit
  • Own developing and improving replenishment reports suit based on business requirements change
  • Own collection and updating of master data for e-commerce, including product data from vendors and core Replenishment systems integrated with Ocado Smart Platform Develop and deliver metrics to measure data integrity
  • Problem/issue resolution for determining root cause analysis
  • Provide analytical support to internal customers and Merchandise Services team, as required
  • Follow policies and procedures related to data maintenance and reporting where changes are needed
  • Perform routine transaction around trouble shooting for function
  • Preparing files for processing (SAP Tables or General Queries)  
  •  Prepare source data from Category Management and other teams for input into systems as required
  •  Maintain customer confidence and keep information confidential
  •  Create and maintain data attributes adhering to Service Level agreements when required
  •  Accurately enter information into various systems as required
  • Monitor errors and proactively report problems with data
  • Retrieve data based on customer requirements
  • Support Replenishment Services and all other functional areas to ensure quality service is provided at all times
  • Ensure that sound Data Governance processes exist and are adhered to


Job Requirements

  •  SQL;Advanced Excel skills; Tableau or similar tool like Power BI
  • Knowledge of SAS and SAP are a bonus
  • Knowledge of best practices for processes within functional area 
  • Possess excellent analytical skills including the ability to study trends in errors or metrics to determine process improvement opportunities
  • Able to manage time effectively 
  • Excellent problem solving ability including the ability to find the root cause of problems and develop sustainable resolutions
  • Ability to build relationships across functions
  • Strong ability to plan and organize
  •  Ability to understand big picture and interdependencies with other functions (e.g., IT, Operations, etc)
  • Proven time management, organization and multi tasking skills
