Overview

The coordinator, Direct to Customer Communications plays a key role in the creation and execution of all personalized offers and direct to customer campaigns.

The primary responsibilities are intaking requirements to support and execute the setup, quality assurance and publishing of digital offers and well email setup, testing and deployment and any related customer service support for all Voila banners (Sobeys, Safeway, Foodland, Western IGA, FreshCo, Chalo! FreshCo, Thrifty Foods).

The key objective of this role is to create error free campaign elements and offers to support direct to customer programs focused on acquiring, retaining and growing our customer through 1:1 engagement to drive sales. This will be accomplished through strong data management skills, cross-functional project management and Loyalty program benefit communication.

Job Description

· Setting up and testing emails for 3 Business Units in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Running campaign automations, testing emails and obtaining approvals to deploy

   from Stakeholders)

· Managing Voucher code creation and maintenance process, and including all quality  control checks for promotions, journeys, coupon proofs, OSP set up and offer testing

· Produce and communicate Direct to Customer briefs and summaries to the larger marketing team and operations

· Working with Internal Customer Service and a 3rd party call center to rectify customer service issues with regards to Direct to Customer Offers

· Support Customer Engagement Specialists by providing required information to complete program reporting, PCA’s, and investigating program issues
