Teammate Fleet Solutions
- Maintains fleet vehicles; assess vehicle maintenance requirements day to day vs. vendor service.
- Daily duties- vehicle maintenance and inspections, replacing worn out equipment (vendor or non-vendor), communicating with drivers on issues with current fleet, test driving fleet trucks.
- Seasonal maintenance on all fleet vehicles (changing tires, winter readiness)
- Assists with process for insurance claims involving Fleet equipment.
- Ensures all equipment records and files related to maintenance, repairs, projects, mileage, and lease details are completed. Support Manager, Fleet Maintenance with any audit or documentation required.
- Partner with delivery function to ensure that the Fleet (chassis, cab and refrigeration) is available.
- Refrigeration inspections (monthly).
- Responsible for vehicle maintenance logs
- Service calls within Alberta.
- Travel may be required to the Customer Service Fulfillment Centre in Rockyview
- Adhere to and implement all applicable Food Safety program requirements.
- General Understanding and adherence of Food Safety Policies or relevant Standard Operating Procedures such as General Health and Hygiene, Allergen Policy, Temperature Checks, etc.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
• Reviewing pre/ post trip log sheets and repair inspection sheets for defects and out of service equipment
• Follow preventative maintenance schedule on equipment
• Perform necessary repairs on all equipment
• Troubleshoot with drivers on equipment problems
• Assist in ordering parts as needed
• Check and inspect equipment for repairs
• Conduct annual commercial vehicle inspections on all equipment
• Other duties as assigned
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment as per company requirements
What you have to offer:
• Shifts are Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, and Thu from 5am - 1pm
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or position.
- Post – Secondary education an asset.
- General knowledge of vehicle/ mechanical maintenance
- Service Tech experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Class 5 License (Non GDL), Ability to Travel within the Alberta
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
- Willing to work rotating shifts including some weekends and stat holidays.
- Knowledge of mechanical tools
- Some knowledge of vehicle refrigeration
