Overview

 

Manage all functions related to inventory within the CFC as well as the operational integrity of the Ocado Smart Platform WMS. Job Description

 

•    Provide analysis and action plans to reduce inventory loss
•    Run and review the CFC adjustment listing daily
•    Comply with all CFC audit expectations/ all programs and standards
•    Pre-plan and identify future space requirements
•    Act as liaison with the Procurement Department
•    Investigate and address product issues
•    Reconcile inventory BOH discrepancies between the host and warehouse systems
•    Ensure warehouse financial reporting, relating to inventory shrink, is maintained accurately with/ through the Regional Finance Department.
•    Manage the inventory cycle count and process
•    Co-ordinate daily activities of inventory control staff
•    Coach, counsel, and discipline as required
•    Participate in ongoing training
•    Maintain a clean and safe work environment as per company

Job Requirements

•    A minimum of three years experience in inventory control
•    Previous supervisory experience
•    Working knowledge of warehouse management systems and SAP
•    Strong analytical skills
•    Physical work including frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
•    Occasionally lift over 50 lbs
•    Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
•    Possible exposure to extreme temperatures
•    Alertness to other people and vehicles
