Provide accuracy between listed products and physical quantities in the RSC. Investigate and report all irregularities and make the correct adjustments when required. Support day-to-day shipping and receiving operations. Audit paperwork and selected assignments and for accuracy. Actively contribute to a positive and productive working environment.

Job Description

•    Cycle count product to ensure accuracy between the Warehouse Management System (EXE) and the physical quantities in the RSC
•    Investigate large adjustments, replenishment errors, and system issues
•    Investigate, approve and process store claims and returns
•    Prepare, process and organize inbound and outbound deliveries
•    Organize and clear pallets of product and loose cases 
•    Adhere to company health and safety standards
•    Maintain food safety and sanitation standards 
•    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
•    Other duties as requested by management


Job Requirements

•    Inventory control, shipping, receiving and/or auditing experience an asset
•    High School Diploma and/or post-secondary education
•    Strong organizational and analytical skills, problem solving and ability to prioritize
•    Attention to detail and accuracy
•    Ability and willingness to work in different temperature environments
•    Able to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
•    Intermediate level computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
•    Physical work including bending, lifting, reaching and twisting 
•    Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.  
•    Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time 
•    Ability to regularly work in a multi-temperature environment ranging from ambient to 0 C degrees, may need to occasionally spend short periods of time cycle counting/investigating products in the freezer @ -25 degrees.
