Job Description

  • Complete and release all scheduled orders out of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) for selection
  • Prepare and amalgamate load sheets
  • Create Bills of Lading electronically or manually
  • Respond to all Customer Service enquiries on a timely manner
  • Distribute incoming mail to appropriate customers within their delivery guidelines
  • Work closely with Dispatch Team and Logistics to ensure that all delivery documentation is available for execution of on-time deliveries
  • Match and compare packing slips and bill of ladings to purchase orders
  • Run receiving labels for purchase orders designated for receiving
  • Verify, adjust, close purchase orders in WMS
  • Add, change, and delete purchase orders from existing appointments
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment as per company requirements
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Educational and Working Experience


  • Post secondary Diploma or Equivalent

Technical Skills


  • Shipping, receiving, Inventory Control and/or auditing experience an asset
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, problem solving and ability to prioritiz


  • Experience in a retail support centre
  • Working knowledge of EXE, SAP and Microsoft Office


  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
  • Intermediate level computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision​​​​​​​
