Sobeys is full of exciting opportunities and we are always looking for bright new talent to join our team! We currently have an opportunity for a 12-15 month term as Senior Financial Analyst - Ecommerce Supply Chain to join our Finance team.

Job Description

What you'll get to do in this fast paced role:
•    Serve as finance business partner for the Voila Marketing, IT, providing complex financial analysis and business decision support (provide analysis, guidance, and recommendations for new business activities and impacts)
•    Manage and oversee all Supply Chain activities and budgeting, dynamic forecasting, and planning processes for the total Voila banner
•    Manage and oversee all Marketing spend, monthly accruals, WBRs, customer acquisition modeling, accuracy of reporting, forecasting, budgeting, P&L performance and ad-hoc analytics
•    Lead weekly/monthly finance meetings with Senior Voila Leadership, Marketing, and IT Directors to identify financial risks and cost opportunities 
•    Develop strategic financial models and business case documents to support expansion and new initiatives
•    Build timely and accurate weekly and period analytical reports from CFIN/SAP for end-to-end EBIT reporting for distribution to the Senior Leadership Team, Marketing, IT, and Finance partners with value-add analysis
•    Ownership of weekly E-Commerce performance review reporting scorecards, consolidating and synthesizing key analyses from all functional areas
•    Capital expenditure management for Voila IT Capital Projects
•    Continuous improvement with processes and reporting
•    Work closely with functional teams to set standards in financial reporting risk controls

Job Requirements

What your resume will include and demonstrate to us:

•    A minimum of 3-5 years related work experience in finance or accounting
•    University undergraduate degree in finance or accounting and Professional designation or working towards one (CA, CGA, CMA, CPA)
•    Previous commercial finance experience in a fast paced environment highly desired
•    Financial modelling skills
•    Working knowledge of SAP, SAPBW
