Responsible for creating dynamic and engaging animations that bring characters, scenes, and stories to life. This role involves working closely with the creative team to develop animation concepts, produce high-quality animation sequences, and ensure that all animations align with the project's vision and objectives. The Animator will use their artistic skills and technical expertise to contribute to various types of animation projects, including digital media, film, and advertising.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

  • Develop and produce animations for various media, including digital platforms, in-store digital displays, on-line videos and advertising. Create compelling characters, movements, and visual effects that enhance storytelling and engage audiences. ​
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop animation concepts and storyboards. Translate ideas and scripts into animated sequences that align with project goals. ​
  • Utilize animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) to create and refine animations. Ensure that animations are technically accurate and meet quality standards. ​
  • Work closely with directors, designers, and other team members to ensure that animations integrate seamlessly with other elements of the project, such as sound, voiceovers, and visual effects. ​
  • Accept and incorporate feedback from supervisors and stakeholders to refine and improve animations. Make adjustments based on input and ensure final animations meet project requirements. ​
  • Maintain organized files and assets related to animation projects. Ensure that all animation work is documented and stored according to project specifications. ​
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and emerging technologies in animation. Apply new knowledge and skills to enhance the quality and creativity of animations.

What you have to offer:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Additional training or certifications in animation techniques or software are a plus. ​
  • 5+ years of experience in animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of animation styles and techniques. Experience with both 2D and 3D animation is a plus. ​
  • Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects or similar tools. Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, movement, and storytelling. Experience working with AI is a plus.
