The Marketing Specialist – In-store fulfillment (ISF)  will coordinate the execution of integrated marketing plans for Voila Curbside Pickup while ensure regional Voila brands are maintained. They will work with a cross functional team of internal and external/agency partners to activate across all channels.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

  • Recommend and create relevant customer communications along with offer strategies to deliver against total orders and brand awareness objective using insights to fuel creative solutions incorporating analytical expertise to optimize performance and drive ROI for 98 ISF stores across Canada.
  • Plan and execute Marketing campaigns with other stakeholders to meet performance goals 
  • Lead best in-class marketing campaigns for our curbside pickup business
  • Manage creation of timelines for work processes in preparation for regional launches and campaigns
  • Create and validate campaign assets and ensuring all messages are on-brand by region (Voila by Safeway, Voila by Sobeys), providing planning documents and briefs to stakeholder, agency and internal teams for direct to customer campaigns (print & digital).
  • Perform day-to-day email/direct to customer campaign management including importing data and setting-up, testing and deploying campaigns 
  • Measure and report on key campaign KPI’s: traffic volume, click rate, opt-out rate, conversion rate, and campaign specific business objectives 
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Tableau, paid social, display, and paid search campaigns.

What you have to offer:

  • 3-5 years experience Marketing experience in ecommerce 
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Applied Statistics or other quantitative field (MA or MBA preferred) 
  • experience managing direct response marketing budgets and customer retention programs
  • analytical skills with the ability to promptly establish priorities and communicate expectations
  • Fluency in web analytics tools, Saleforce Marketing Cloud, digital marketing platforms (e.g., google, FB)
  • Project Management experience
  • Forecasting Experience
  • Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
  • Either grocery or retail industry experience an asset
