Job Description

 

 

We have an exciting opportunity to work within our HR Solutions team! 

 

Please note: This is a 7 month contract role. 

 

The successful candidate will report directly to the Director, HR Solutions Deployment and Sustainment. 

 

If you’re looking to further enhance your skills in project management with an HR lens, and support various projects, this role is for you! 

 


Job Details: 

  • Lead and support all deliverables within the project lifecycle with a concentration on the successful research, execution, delivery and support of HR technology initiatives
  • Direct the identification of new and complex business processes and strategies by becoming knowledgeable (act as a SME) and researching industry best practices in Human Resources technology
  • Coordinate the development of comprehensive business cases and other project initiation activities
  • Lead the deployment of Human Resources technology
  • Lead effective execution and deployment of the HR technology with various business partners
  • Track and report on feedback, deployment success metrics, post-implementation end-user usage, and benefits realization, inform leaders for action as required
  • Ensure sustainability and provide functional support for the systems within the Human Resources technology platforms
  • Actively promote Human Resources technology platform to drive adoption and engagement in supported process
  • Support the full Solutions and Innovation team’s strategic plans and imperatives by leveraging individual skills and strengths across the team as required

 

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Undergraduate Degree in HR, IT or related field
  • HR background in HR Operations, Talent or HR projects would be ideal
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred, in project execution, process analysis, change management, HR or IT
  • Experience with HR Systems, such as Cority and SuccessFactors, preferred
  • Project Management experience preferred 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
  •  Must have strong problem resolution skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
