Reporting to the Director, Employee Experience and Planning, the Human Resources Integration Program Manager will work with teams across the company to manage, communicate and advise on the delivery of our People Strategy.
Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
Support execution of People Strategy and Overall HR Roadmap
- Support program management of overall people strategy/HR rhythm – integrated plan, dependencies, capacity planning, and integrating mechanisms. Reinforce collaboration and accountability.
- Support governance structure and set up
- Metrics rollup and reporting
- Support HR Roadmap development and give updates
- Communications milestone planning
Support Integration of HR Rhythm of the business
- Human Resources Leadership Team (HRLT) – agenda, pre-read, reporting, etc.
- HR Directors meeting planning and logistics
Execute HR Meetings (Townhalls, HR Director Sessions)
- Project plan and management
- Logistics workstream
Build partnerships with stakeholders for integration
- Ensure stakeholders like Communications, HR COEs, Operations etc, contribute to HR rolling calendar
- Ensure stakeholders integrate properly with HR processes and communicate process to stakeholders
What you have to offer:
- An Undergraduate Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in the development and delivery of processes, tools and programs
- Experience in facilitation and delivering presentations
