Overview

Sobeys is full of exciting opportunities and we are always looking for bright new talent! We currently have a 14-month term opportunity for a Specialist Employee, Customer Experience to join our Operations team based out of our office in Stellarton, NS.

Job Description

What you will do in this fast-paced role:

  • Analyze and regularly report employee / customer experience data for Retail Operations and other functional teams
    • Determine trends, rankings, successes and improvement opportunities and report summaries 
    • Review call center output (Store Support & Customer Care) for further linkages and opportunities for improvement
  • Translate findings into insights and support the development of customer experience action plans for Retail Operations
    • Create action planning tools, supporting documentation, and tracking mechanism
    • Assist Operations to create short term, long term goals and action plans to support.
  • Partner with Operations to align our employees with customers’ expectations 
    • Coach Retail leaders how to facilitate action planning conversations and establish team commitments
  • Determine operational employee / customer experience priorities
    • Research and maintain working knowledge of operational employee/customer experience Key Performance Indicators

Job Requirements

What your resume will include and demonstrate to us:

  • An Undergraduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or a DEC and a minimum of 4 years relevant experience
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Experience in customer service/employee engagement programs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
