Job Description

What you'll get to do in this fast paced role:

  • Greet staff and visitors with a welcoming attitude and an eagerness to assist.
  • Answer all incoming telephone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage all visitors’ arrival, transition to their host(s) and departure.
  • Assign visitor passes, and manage the visitor calendar/log.
  • Issue temporary accesses badges, maintain the log and manage inventory control.
  • Action the Access card appointments and issue access card badge requests, onboarding, exiting, remote access.
  • Manage all documentation pertinent to reception
  • Support the Mailroom, shipping and receiving  
  • Manage 3rd party’s access to the property
  • Support safety/emergency procedures

Job Requirements

What your resume will include and demonstrate to us:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multi-task office environment
  • Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Customer service orientated
