In this exciting role, you will be working alongside a team of high-performing Identity and Access Management professionals who are skilled and knowledgeable in all facets of Cyber Security and technology. You will administer user accounts and privileges within the organization’s identity management space, work closely with the IAM team to ensure the right people have access to the right resources, and collaborate with internal teammates, and external contractors and vendors, to understand and implement access requirements.

What you bring to the table:

 

•    Fulfill day-to-day user provisioning and /or terminations.
•    Arrange and administer security measures to restrict unauthorized use of national data systems and databases.
•    Enforce security requirements as directed for protecting data against unauthorized, accidental, or deliberate modification, disclosure, denial, and destruction.
•    Assist the team in developing and maintaining authorizations and profiles using established naming conventions.
•    Ensure that adequate documentation exists of the regular activities performed.
•    Assist in the training of new employees.
•    Provide tier 2 level support for troubleshooting issues related to IAM specific platforms / vendors (Privileged Access Management and Identity Governance and Administration). 
•    Work in collaboration with Cyber Security Roadmap Delivery team to ensure successful implementation of IAM roadmap.
•    Yearly upskilling to keep abreast of new techniques and technologies relevant to changes in IAM processes, procedures or platforms
•    Creation and enforcement of segregation of duties as dictated by audit and compliance.
•    Monthly access reviews to ensure audit requirements are being met.
•    Requirement to review current processes / procedures and enable automation, wherever possible.
•    Continuously review legacy applications to ensure compliance and security requirements are being met.
•    Liaise with ePMO and internal stakeholders on the integration and implementation of business-led or Cyber-led projects.
•    Continuous improvements to existing IAM processes and / or procedures..

 

What you have to offer:

 

•    An undergraduate degree or diploma in computer science, engineering, or related technical discipline.
•    3-4 years of relevant Information Technology, Cyber Security or IAM experience preferred.
•    Extensive experience working with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft Exchange.
•    Proficiency with a Privileged Access Management platform (such as CyberArk).
•    High level of familiarity with Multi-Factor Authentication, Single Sign On.
•    Must have experience working in the Identity Governance and Administration space.
•    Knowledge working in a retail technology environment is desired.
•    Keen interest to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
•    Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
•    Highly skilled communication abilities with all levels and areas of the business.
•    Continuous improvements to process and procedures as our IAM technologies continue to evolve.
•    Providing Tier 2 support for IAM supported technologies / vendors.
•    Enabling automation to ensure tasks can be performed accurately and efficiently, wherever possible.
•    Experience in Jira/Confluence and VPN is an asset.
•    Experience with Access Controls Security and Identity management platforms (Active Directory, Azure AD, Azure MFA, CyberArk, SailPoint).
•    SAP Experience is an asset.
•    24/7 operations rotation.
