Overview

The Business Coordinator is accountable for Coordinating local division events and trips (e.g. own logistics for retail trips, show and sells, district meetings, mini meetings, seasonal/annual department meetings, etc).

•    Administer Division Calendar (e.g. create single Division calendar view of regular trainings, conferences and leadership trips)
•    Aggregate data requested by VP (e.g. track attendance at key meetings, collect weekly recaps from each district)
•    Perform  research for the DO’s (e.g. look into competitor activities, create one-off reports, etc)
•    Triage requests for the VP (e.g. for requests sent to VP, route them to the group that can resolve
•    Support Division specific communications initiatives (e.g. work with Marketing to create announcements related to local community events, etc.      
•    Liaise with Director Business Development, Operation Leaders & Franchisee on FIT/DMIT/SMIT training schedules and progress
•    Establish and maintain relationships with store operators and external stakeholders
•    Manage business process changes/liaison with the centre
•    Act as a liaison for cross-geography logistics
•    Other duties as directed

Job Requirements

What your resume will include and demonstrate to us:

•    Merchandising or retail experience
•    High School Diploma and / or a minimum of 3 years experience in category or product management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
•    Working knowledge of SAP
•    Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
•    Solid ability to negotiate and secure contracts
