Job Description


What you'll get to do in this fast paced role:


•    Adhere to all internal audit controls and works with internal auditors as required.
•    Prepare and process journal entries.
•    Generate reports used for the preparation of periodic financial statements.
•    Complete cash application to Customer and Liability accounts.
•    Identify and communicate exceptions and variances.
•    Prepare and analyze backup for working papers.
•    Data entry for, including but not limited to inventory, invoices, customs forms, assets, revenue and real estate.
•    Excellent knowledge of general ledger accounts, such as accounts payable/receivable, cash, margins and others, including balance sheet account reconciliations.
•    Ensure sales data is accurate and timely.
•    Support organizational change through initiatives that improve function-specific processes or performance.
•    Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements


What your resume will include and demonstrate to us:


•    College diploma and a minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
•    SAP experience preferred.
•    Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
