We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional looking to gain experience in data management and corporate operations. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

•    Accurately compile and input data into our SAP system from various sources.
•    Review and reformat data as needed to ensure consistency and usability.
•    Communicate effectively with other teams to verify data, resolve discrepancies, and transmit information.
•    Assist in maintaining data integrity and ensuring all records are up-to-date.
•    Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support daily operations.
•    Ensure all required metrics are consistently met.
•    Identify areas of opportunity to enhance processes.
•    Work in SAP and Microsoft Office.

What you have to offer:

•    Relevant education in Business/Accounting (i.e. NSCC Diploma or University Degree); equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
•    Integrity and adherence to standards, policy and procedures
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
•    Strong computer skills; Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
•    Proven time management, organization, prioritization, and multi tasking skills
•    Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred: 
•    Accounting work experience
•    Experience in a team driven environment
•    Experience with tables and large amounts of data
•    Knowledge of SAP
