We are seeking a skilled Category Administrator to join the Voila team. As a Category Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our merchandising strategies and activities across various categories.
Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
- Coordinate and close the loop on all internal merchandising communication needs and activities on In-Store Fulfillment and other assigned categories.
- Facilitate and help complete the product listings and delisting’s and execute the assortment decisions made the Category Merchant.
- Ensure the agreed to merchandising plans set by the Category Merchant is communicated and executed for weekly, monthly, and seasonal timeframes.
- Respond to article resolutions that reach the merchandising team on their set of categories.
- Liaise with field merchandising, operations, etc. on opportunities specific to their respective categories.
- Secure any missing information required for the merchandising services team to execute tasks, such as costing, deals, retails, report requirements, RSC’s deleted items, etc.
- Support activities to achieve targeted sales and margin targets for the merchandising team.
- Review and approve vendor-related documents.
- Enter ad promotions or promo plans.
What you have to offer:
- College diploma and a minimum of 1-year relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with SAP would be considered an asset
- Retail experience would be an asset

The salary range for this position in British Columbia is $42,000.00 - $58,000.00 . We will consider factors such as your working location, work experience and skills as well as internal equity, and market conditions to ensure that you are paid fairly and competitively.
