Description de poste:

Reporting to the Director of Compensation, the incumbent will be responsible for advising and supporting store and retail service centre leaders in matters related to base pay management. 
More specifically, the candidate will be asked to:
•    Conduct market analyses, generate findings and make recommendations on changing salary structures for floor employees in stores and retail service centres
•    Evaluate jobs and maintain pay equity programs for Quebec and Ontario corporate stores and retail service centres
•    Ensure affiliates receive the necessary information and tools to implement and maintain their pay equity programs, provide appropriate technical support and systematically monitor best practices
•    Participate in developing compensation management training for HR business partners and managers 
•    Support a major project to improve wage competitiveness for management staff in stores and retail service centres
•    Advise, train and coach HR business partners and staffing specialists on base pay management throughout the year and under the annual salary review process
•    Participate in continuous improvement projects for compensation processes

Compétences recherchées :

•    You hold a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, business administration or human resources management. 
•    You have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, ideally in a retail, consulting or unionized setting.
•    You have experience evaluating jobs and maintaining pay equity programs.
•    You have advanced intermediate proficiency in Excel. Experience with SAP HR or SuccessFactors, an asset
•    You demonstrate initiative, independence and good judgment.
•    You enjoy working in a team and excel at communicating effectively in English and French.
