Reporting to the Manager Digital Customer Engagement Strategist, you are responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of customer engagement strategies to enhance the customer experience and strengthen loyalty. This role requires a deep understanding of relationship marketing, 360-degree campaigns, data analysis, and best practices in CRM to create effective and personalized campaigns.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

  • Supported by the manager, design and implement digital customer engagement strategies to attract and retain customers of the IGA, Tradition, and Rachel Berry banners through multichannel relationship campaigns in support of the needs of the branding, promotional, and loyalty teams.
  • Define targeting in collaboration with Analytics & Business Intelligence teams to maximize personalization of interactions;
  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns and weekly communications across various channels (email, social media, SMS, push notifications, etc.);
  • Oversee the creation of attractive and relevant content for campaigns;
  • Define KPIs/ analysis plans and track results in collaboration with analytics and business intelligence teams as well as external partners to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Collaborate with loyalty and marketing teams to ensure a consistent, relevant, and high-quality customer experience;
  • Monitor the budget for customer engagement programs and campaigns;
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices to propose innovative initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement in programs, campaigns, and processes.

What you have to offer:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing or another related discipline;
  • You have over 3 years of experience in relationship marketing, designing and executing omnichannel relationship campaigns, measuring campaign performance, and digital marketing;
  • You are bilingual and possess superior written and oral communication skills in both French and English;
  • You are familiar with predictive models, operational data structures, and complex campaign segmentation;
  • You are proficient with top-tier CRM tools such as Salesforce (an asset);
  • You are proactive, results-oriented, and focused on measuring the return on investment of various initiatives, responding quickly by optimizing tactics and strategies;
  • You demonstrate strong analytical, decision-making, and negotiation skills;
  • You possess a high degree of autonomy and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously;
  • You exhibit attention to detail and rigor in your planning and project management while handling pressure well;
  • You have a collaborative spirit and demonstrate tact and diplomacy;
