Job Description

Reporting to the Manager, Workforce Performance and Standards, the incumbent will be responsible for the creation of work processes and standards, the full and effective implementation of standards, forecasting, budgeting and work related systems within the retail operation and the coordination, maintenance and execution of support to the retail operation.

The candidate will
- Ensure that Scientific Work Standards are maintained for all departments
- Manage the various labor management systems (Kronos, SP4R, WFMBI)
- Analyze opportunities related to workforce management and provide recommendations to operations teams
- Act as a technical expert for workforce systems
- Collaborate with other Standard Managers in the review and update of standards, promote harmonization of standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review and approve work standards
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders
- Relaunch assisted scheduling for perishable departments
- Optimize training materials available to stores and operations teams
- Act as the point of contact for the Center of Excellence with the operations teams (VPs, DOs, Specialists), represent the various teams (CAD/FIM/WFM) with the operations teams
 

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Experience with the change management cycle 
- Experience with process improvement initiatives
- Experience in retail business
- MOST certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual in French and English (Written and Spoken)
