Job Description

What you'll get to do in this fast-paced role:

  • Administrative and business content support to senior management teams
  • Strategic calendar management in a rapidly changing environment and across all time-zones
  • Working collaboratively with functional teams, other management team members and their support staff to obtain and traffic information and documentation
  • Leading a team of administrative professionals

              o    people, process and workload management
              o    Keep track of time and ensure appropriate coverage
              o    Support, train and develop team members to achieve results. 

  • Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications for VP’s
  • Support on-boarding and training employees
  • Administrate procurement of goods and services
  • Support improvements and maintain office ‘user experience’ guidelines
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, where colleagues in your department are encouraged and recognized for generating and implementing innovative ideas
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
  • Maintain, file and retrieve documents and reference materials
  • Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
  • Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels and with external partners
  • Coordinate project-based work
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities and provide constructive suggestions to improve office procedures. 

Job Requirements

What your resume will include and demonstrate to us:
•    3+ years of experience in Administration Support and management
•    University degree or college diploma or relevant work experience
•    Strong computer skills:
       o    Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) 
•    Demonstrated experience working and leading teams
•    Proven time management, organization, prioritization, and multi tasking skills
•    Ability to work independently and remotely 
•    Exceptional interpersonal and strong relationship building skills
•    Effective and adaptive communication skills
•    Attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness
•    Ability to work independently and to adjust to a variety of tasks on a daily basis
•    Aptitude for learning tools and new concepts quickly
•    Bilingualism required 
•    Administration/merchandising experience in the grocery retail sector desirable.
