We are looking for a Director, Content Marketing to drive the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy that supports our business goals and strengthens our brand presence across multiple platforms.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

 

  • Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of a content marketing strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the production of high-quality, engaging content in various formats (blogs, videos, social media, articles, etc.) tailored to our target audience.
  • Influencer Management & Marketing: Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Build relationships with key influencers to align with content and campaign objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and inspire a team of content specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to assess content performance, identify trends, and refine strategies for optimal impact.
  • SEO and Best Practices: Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and adheres to industry best practices.
  • Brand Consistency: Uphold brand voice and messaging consistency across all platforms and channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, digital, loyalty, and merchandising teams to ensure content aligns with broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.
     

What you have to offer:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in content marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven success in developing and executing content strategies that drive results.
  • Experience with influencer management and executing influencer marketing strategies.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, content management systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Bilingual in English and French, as the candidate will be expected to work closely with peers in other provinces in planning, developing and implementing processes and participating in key national strategic projects. The incumbent will also have to supervise members of her team who are based in provinces other than Québec.
