Responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of marketing projects. This role involves coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure that marketing campaigns and initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The Creative operations specialist will manage project timelines, resources, and communication to drive effective and efficient project delivery. ​

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. ​
  •  Oversee the day-to-day management of marketing projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed according to project timelines and specifications. Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, digital, etc.) and external vendors or agencies as needed. ​
  •  Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring that projects are completed within financial constraints. Track and report on budget status and variances. ​
  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. Facilitate communication between teams and ensure alignment with project goals. ​
  •  Identify potential risks and challenges that could impact project success. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address issues and keep projects on track. ​
  •  Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines and objectives. Review and approve final outputs before launch. ​
  •  Track project performance metrics and analyze results to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations for future projects based on performance data. ​
  •  Identify opportunities for improving project management processes and workflows. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project execution. 
     

What you have to offer:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is a plus.​
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment. Proven track record of successfully managing marketing projects from inception to completion.​
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
