Responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of work within the In-House Agency. This role involves coordinating the scheduling, allocation, and tracking of creative projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery. The Traffic Coordinator will work closely with account managers, creative teams, and production staff to streamline workflows, manage project deadlines, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.​

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of all incoming and outgoing creative projects. Ensure that projects are assigned to appropriate team members and that timelines are clearly communicated and adhered to. ​
  •  Monitor the progress of projects through various stages of production. Maintain up-to-date status reports and provide regular updates to team members and stakeholders. ​
  •  Allocate resources effectively to ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope. Manage workloads and prioritize tasks based on project deadlines and team capacity. ​
  •  Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams regarding project status, deadlines, and any potential issues. Facilitate clear and efficient communication between account managers, creative teams, and production staff. ​
  •  Identify and address any issues or delays that may impact project timelines. Develop and implement solutions to keep projects on track and ensure timely delivery. ​
  •  Maintain accurate records of project timelines, changes, and other relevant details. Ensure that all documentation is organized and easily accessible. ​
  •  Evaluate and recommend improvements to workflow processes and project management practices. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project coordination. ​
  •  Occasionally interact with key stakeholders to gather information, provide updates, and address any concerns related to project timelines and deliverables. ​


 

What you have to offer:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in project management or traffic coordination are a plus. ​
  • 2-4 years of experience in a project coordination or traffic management role within an advertising or creative agency. Familiarity with agency workflows and processes is preferred.
