Student Contractual Job (8 months from 24 to 37.5 hours per week from January 2022 to April 2022 and 37.5 hours starting in May 2022)

Job description


  • Participate in the development, updates and communications of Human Resources (HR) policies applicable to the company's office, distribution centers and corporate store employees;
  • Assist in monitoring HR policies project advancement;
  • Analyze data to support recommendations to the HR Policy Steering Committee regarding the content and evolution of Human Resources policies;
  • Write, update and review HR policies;
  • Participate in the development of Communication and Change Management Plans, as well as impact analysis, communication material and training programs surrounding HR policies;
  • Develop a dashboard related to HR policies (acknowledgement rates, complaints, etc.)

Job Requirements

Currently enrolled in a University program, with at least the one year of studies completed in communications, journalism or administration, and have completed at least one year of study.
