Job Description

Lead division replenishment team
•    Coach, develop and empower the process optimization team
•    Deliver against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success based on replenishment and business objectives

Manage service levels and inventory performance
•    Work with the Director Replenishment to build a national strategy and structure to best support the Company’s replenishment performance 
•    Provide leadership and guidance to the process optimization team and other internal stakeholders in the development of key replenishment processes: Fill Rate Compliance, OSA (On Shelf Availability), Service Level, Supplier Relationships, Master Data Integrity and LTOS (Long Term Out of Stock) Management
•    Ensure that Replenishment processes are aligned with Operations, Distribution and Merchandising teams
•    Influence the Replenishment team to successfully implement new processes
•    Ensure the optimization specialists research and identify process improvements within Replenishment and communicate key findings to Replenishment and Demand Planning as appropriate 
•    Identify and communicate business and process opportunities and create presentations to enable decision making
•    Lead cross functional replenishment and demand planning initiatives and projects
•    Support Merchandising initiatives by ensuring that supply chain solutions are in place to effectively service our customers
•    Communicate opportunities to vendors and category managers for improvement (as required)
•    Identify and develop opportunities for inbound freight revenue generation (as required)
•    Develop productive, proactive and consultative business relationships internally and externally with our supplier community

Job Requirements

•    An Undergraduate Degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
•    Knowledge of supply chain functionality
