We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Integrator and Developer Specialist to join our Digital Customer Engagement team. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and optimizing marketing templates, integrating assets, and executing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The Specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of digital marketing initiatives, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and campaign effectiveness.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

  • Design and develop email templates, landing pages, and microsites within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Implement dynamic content and personalization using AMPscript and SQL to enhance customer engagement and drive conversion.
  • Lead the setup and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Analytics teams to define campaign requirements, implement 1:1 personalization strategies, and optimize  communications.
  • Conduct thorough QA testing to validate email rendering, dynamic content, and subscriber segmentation.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, addressing issues related to campaign setup, data synchronization, and API integrations.
  • Collaborate with IT and technical teams to resolve complex technical challenges and ensure platform stability.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of templates, workflows, and integration processes within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

What you have to offer:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Audience Builder.
  • Proficiency in AMPscript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and JavaScript for implementing complex email and web solutions.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, data architecture, and integration principles.
  • Proven experience in campaign management, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and drive actionable insights.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Journey Builder Consultant) are a plus.
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods industries preferred.
