Overview

The Specialist, Partner Management is an integral member of the Partnerships Team, supporting the Director of Partner Management in the preparation of analysis and reports on key KPIs and in the development of presentations to External Partners and Internal Stakeholders. This role will have broad exposure to various internal teams and external partners.  The successful candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, business acumen and the ability to build strong relationships.

Job Description

  • Prepare analysis, reports and presentations for Director, Partner Management and Senior Leaders to inform all partner-related discussions, including governance meetings and sub-committees 
  • Track customer acquisition metrics, financial commitments and program performance metrics 
  • Reconcile issuance for payment/settlement with Partners and Finance
  • Provide ad-hoc support for new partnership development, credit cards, customer acquisition, in-store marketing for Loyalty
  • Support Director Partner Management to manage partner data sharing & integration
  • Support Manager, Cust. Acquisition. & Partner Promos to identify partner promo opportunities (incl. QC)
  • Support Manager, Cust. Acquisition. & Partner Promos to coordinate execution of partner campaigns

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in retail, advertising, marketing or merchandising environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Tableau
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Experience in Partner Management is an asset
  • Bilingual English/French is an asset
