We are looking for a Specialist, Talent Insights to join our Talent & Inclusion team. In this role, you will apply your expertise in workforce planning and analytics to enhance current initiatives and shape future strategies. With a national scope, the Talent & Inclusion team supports Retail Stores, Distribution Networks, and Corporate Offices, driving impactful talent solutions across the organization.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

 

  • Provide analysis on the complete cycle of talent analytics and the interrelationships between different talent information and processes.
  • Execute advanced and predictive analytics; identify statistical techniques required to deliver HR insights.
  • Perform deep analysis and modeling to proactively identify talent issues and implications, and insights related to the talent portfolio (ex. Diversity and Inclusion analysis and insights across levels, geographies, business units, regions).
  • Provide predictive modeling to support defining future talent needs and talent supply.
  • Participate in the construction of the Workforce planning approach and the workforce analysis to contribute to:
    • Talent planning: forecasting future talent needs of business areas
    • Supply and demographic analysis: forecasting availability of right talent for business needs
  • Partner closely with the T&I team to define key metrics, scorecards and measures, and dashboards to support talent programs; ensure the right data sets are in place to manage and monitor; and work with HR solutions team to operationalize.
  • Identify statistical analysis techniques required to deliver HR insights.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of talent investments and programs based on analysis.
  • Partner closely with HR Solutions team to create sustainable reports to drive decision making.

What you have to offer:

 

Must-have qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of experience in an analyst role, preferably in HR data.
  • Proven experience analyzing large datasets and providing strategic insights to guide decision-making.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI, along with SQL and advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, data-driven presentations.
  • Experience in hypothesis development, interpretation, and result communication to key stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience executing advanced and predictive analytics to drive business outcomes.

 

Nice-to-have qualifications:

  • Knowledge of HR systems such as Dayforce, SAP HR, and/or SuccessFactors.
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, or Statistics.
