Overview

Job Description

  • Drive/support the harmonization of HR processes, tools, and initiatives across all geographies within Operations and, where possible, across Backstage.
  • Maintain harmonized HR processes, tools, etc. through regular reviews.
  • Develop and continually foster strong relationships with HR CoE’s to enable cross-team support on projects.
  • Drive/support HRBPs and Operations leaders in creating a coaching and development culture for all Operations employees.
  • Build organizational capability through driving consistency and leadership for performance management and development and measure progress.
  • Assess/plan/deploy the leadership development curriculum within Operations for Nourish U in conjunction with the Operations Learning & Development CoE.
  • Leverage the HR Learning & Development CoE to incorporate principles of adult learning to ensure consistent training programs and materials that align with organizational vision and strategy.
  • Manage/execute the nationally integrated Retail/RSC workforce plan.
  • Develop processes to create, evaluate and maintain all training materials to ensure consistency and that it aligns with both the learning strategy and company strategy
  • Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness and business impact of all assigned initiatives through established metrics and the creation of a dashboard for leaders.
  • Maintain and continuously improve our Franchise HR Toolbox.
  • Build meaningful relationships with all key stakeholders and partners.
  • Foster an environment that encourages employee engagement and motivates team members to perform at their very best.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, where team members are encouraged and recognized for generating and implementing innovative ideas.
  • Lead by example by focusing on personal career development and pursuing opportunities to increase relevant knowledge and skills.

Job Requirements

  • An Undergraduate Degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
  • CHRP or equivalent preferred
  • Project Management and Change Management experience and mindset preferred
  • Travel 0-10%
