We are seeking a Product Manager to support and drive the success of our marketing technology initiatives. This individual will work closely with key stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure product strategy aligns with business objectives and market demands.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business goals and market needs, leveraging market trends and competitive insights to guide strategy.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, align on product features, and foster strong, ongoing relationships.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle - from ideation through launch and ongoing optimizations, ensuring smooth planning for backlog items and product releases.
  • Manage and lead a team of technical configuration specialists, designing and configuring complex MarTech and AdTech solutions that meet both business objectives and financial targets.
  • Oversee product performance analysis, user adoption, and continuous improvements while ensuring alignment with data privacy and compliance standards.
  • Build and nurture a high-performing, diverse team in line with Empire's DE&I guidelines, promoting a culture of inclusivity, open communication, and solving complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Platform Engineering teams, Data Science, Merchandising and other business stakeholders to deliver scalable personalization solutions
     

What you have to offer:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing technology, product management, or a related field
  • Proficiency with MS tools like Excel, Powerpoint and Access; SQL experience is an asset
  • Experience with A/B testing, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling
  • Solid understanding of project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana and understanding of enterprise architecture diagrams
  • Proven experience in leading product configurations and release management.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent prioritization skills, and the ability to manage projects through ambiguity and complexity.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
