What you bring to the table:

The Product marketing specialist, acquisition & engagement  will play a key role in advancing our market leading mobility programs resulting in increased customer acquisition & engagement.  


Accountabilities include:

 

  • Drive acquisition from mobile web and other channels to activate mobile app customers;
  • Working with Marketing, Loyalty, Operations, and external partners to nudge customers across various channels to become highly engaged on the mobile app platforms;
  • In close collaboration with Merchandising, marketing, and loyalty teams as well as Supplier Partners, develop and execute digital engagement and promotional programs – flyers, offers, stamps etc;
  • Represent Mobile on key cross functional projects and governance teams such as IT and eCommerce & mobile Steering Committee;
  • Contribute to Mobile Product Roadmap Backlog;
  • Provide insights to digital marketing teams regarding overall engagement & retention plans;
  • Contribute to content engagement strategy.

What you have to offer:

  • 2 to 4 years customer acquisition & engagement Experience (Grocery Industry Experience an asset);
  • College or University degree or related work experience;
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics;
  • Bilingual (English/French, written and spoken) an asset;
  • Ability to design, manage and analyze engagement plans for mobile;
  • Ability to design and negotiate promotional plans with Partner Suppliers;
  • Strong quantitative and analytics skills, as well as business acumen and sound judgment;
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
