Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

  • Lead coordination of media briefing, planning and content execution for specified programs (e.g. Store Openings) in a timely fashion; complete programs with robust post reporting
  • Strong driver of influencer and campaign implementation, managing volume and have exposure to complex dynamics within integrated programs
  • Work closely with internal Content teams to ensure integration across social media content calendars addressing key business 
  • Facilitate social content via Sprout Social and share results with cross-functional teams and apply learnings to future content approach and schedule
  • Work with media agency to plan paid support of key always-on social posts; manage related paid social budget and paid performance 
  • Function as an internal subject matter expert in media, especially social media
  • Serve as the key point of contact with external partners (e.g. Google, Facebook, Pinterest) to facilitate a regular cadence of working sessions, industry trend presentations, etc.
  • Support ad hoc projects: As a member of the Marketing Communications team, we will be asked from time to time to support projects beyond ongoing campaigns  
  • Assists with finance work for Media team: owns invoice processing and tracking process. Assists with accruals, forecasting, monthly balancing
  • Must be at ease with technology and data, able to enhance the workflows and execution of media programs. Values and drives innovation and pursues research to deliver on-going progress and efficiency; inter-departmental communications and relationships are key
  • As a team member, demonstrates a commitment to developing a positive and productive work environment

What you have to offer:

  • Minimum 1 year media, advertising or marketing experience 
  • Undergraduate degree in business, marketing or relevant discipline 
  • Strong knowledge of social media & omni-channel media marketing
  • Experience with media planning and reporting
  • Understanding of market segmentation and customer targeting as it relates to the grocery retail industry
  • Proficient in social media platforms
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for food
