Job Description

  • As a strategic partner to our operations, supply chain and HR teams, the Manager Teammate Recognition will lead a reset of our enterprise Teammate Recognition Programming to connect recognition with our culture and business goals and objectives.
  • The manager will be responsible for maintaining existing teammate recognition programs, while managing the strategic reset process.
  • The manager will be responsible for designing, implementing and continuously improving current programming.
  • Responsible to work cross-functionally to integrate recognition capabilities into daily processes and procedures.
  • Responsible for market research related to new and emerging teammate recognition programs.
  • Responsible for ensuring our diversity, equity and inclusion goals and actions are reflected in the design of our teammate recognition programs.
  • Responsible for ensuring teammate recognition programs are accessible and relevant to all audiences and relevant languages. 
  • Make recommendations on unique issues not covered by current programs or policies to ensure teammates are recognized for living our values and achieving strong business results.
  • Manage vendor service level agreements and contracts for recognition-related initiatives
  • Manage employee recognition budgets and incremental project-related deliverables 
  • Manage teammate recognition events with internal teammates and third-party partners that support programming as needed.
  • Manage external service providers and systems that manage our teammate recognition programs

Job Requirements


•    An Undergraduate Degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience 
•    Corporate experience in social media development
•    Experience influencing and building effective working relationships with leadership, peers and external vendors
•    Bilingualism in French is a strong asset
•    Ability to negotiate and partner effectively with key stakeholders at all levels
•    Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
•    Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written
•    Ability to effectively create and manage project plans
