Overview

Job Description

 

 

  • Lead Loyalty Marketing strategy and go to market approach for one of the Empire formats (e.g. Full Service, Discount, Community, Related Business – Liquor, Pharmacy, Fuel, Convenience)
  • Support development of annual Loyalty Marketing campaign calendar with Dir, Loyalty Mktg
  • Serve as the loyalty expert for the format, partnering with Brand Marketing, MarCom and CRM teams to bring campaigns to life for our customers
  • Manage store loyalty experience with Manager, Store Engagement, Store Ops, Store Mktg
  • Design & execute Mass Loyalty campaigns & offers; develop DTC Loyalty campaign planning in partnership with the CRM team for campaign execution
  • Identify, enable and activate supplier-funded loyalty promo opportunities
  • Leverage insights to inform promo mix & Loyalty opportunities via the Program Health, Loyalty Promo, Supplier Reporting, Integrated Promo dashboards
  • Inform loyalty marketing strategy by monitoring market conditions and identifying banner-specific implications for the format

 

Job Requirements

  • An Undergraduate Degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to sell ideas internally throughout the organization as well as externally with third parties
  • Proven track record of collaborative leadership
  • Proven track record of managing diverse projects and working teams to reach goals and timelines
  • Curious, creative, passion for food and solution oriented
