Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

•    Design, execute and communicate promotion execution plans / actions to stores, customer service, merchandising, finance and other stakeholders as required 
•    Manage store and merchandising issues related to loyalty customer promotions and special offers 
•    Independently lead promotion development and execution from end to end when required 
•    Assist in the management of our campaign calendar of Loyalty offers 
•    Support the development, communication, presentation and innovation of Loyalty Marketing initiatives as required 
•    Support the development and execution of personalized offers through the offer pool in support of Loyalty Marketing managers
•    Actively review and share Loyalty performance reporting with key stakeholders; share key learning as input into future program design
•    Continuously review and improve upon key performance metrics, reports and analysis that enables operational improvements and further engages our customers and employees 
•    Actively manage a dynamic workload, such that high priority initiatives are given adequate time, attention and resource 
•    Maintain a clean and safe work environment 
•    Manage the execution of Back End Bonuses on a weekly basis
•    Manage first flyer proof and annotations; discuss areas of concern with loyalty leads 
•    Entering information from mass planning documents into flyer grids & flyer planning document 
•    Complete the CEC calendars;, 52-week planner, ecosystem documents
•    Draft of weekly signage documents (and send to loyalty team for approval)
•     Work with internal Brand team and Loyalty Partners to execute key promotion communications and gain approval on shared brand standards 
•    Weekly flyer meetings (3 -4 hours per week, depending on related business integration)
•    Assist in formulating expected redemption targets and objectives for customer programs and promotions 
•    Support the development of Mass Promotions framework that supports our Loyalty Programs and Sales Planning Initiatives

What you have to offer:

  • Undergraduate University Degree; Masters in Business Administration preferred
  • 3+ years of Marketing experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in Retail (Grocery) industry preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in loyalty program management preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing preferred
  • Ability to work independently and within a team 
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
  • Ability to meet dynamic and challenging deadlines 
  • Superior communication skills (both oral and written) 
  • Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and build winning business strategies using data and customer understanding
  • Proficient in modern Customer Research and Analytics practices
  • Proficient in MS suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access) 
  • Proficient in advanced Marketing techniques
