Overview

The Coordinator, Loyalty Execution is part of the Sobeys Loyalty & CRM team and plays a key role in the creation and execution of all direct to customer campaigns through set up, while supporting various business units (Conventional, Community, Related Business). The key objective of this role is to create error free campaign elements and offers to support CRM programs for retention, acquisition and upgrade in order to engage members and drive sales. This will be accomplished through strong data management skills, cross-functional project management and Loyalty program benefit communication.

Job Description

•Own and manage the Direct to Customer Coupon Database for the creation and maintenance of targeted coupons and including all quality control checks for load to card campaigns such as article maintenance, coupon proofs, CMA set up and offer testing

•Produce and communicate Direct to Customer briefs and offer summaries•Work with Internal Customer Service, AIR MILES and My Offers 3rd party suppliers to rectify customer service issues with regards to Direct to Customer Offers

•Work with CMA partners to facilitate or resolve any Merchandising or Supplier inquires related to Direct to Customer offers

•Support Loyalty Campaign and Communications team by implementing customer strategies in CRM platforms through campaign set up and execution•Support Customer Insights team by providing required information to complete program reporting, PCA’s, and investigating program issues

•Support the Loyalty One to One team on activities related to the management of the Direct to Customer program at Sobeys. This includes annual planning activities, vendor funding management, coalition marketing activities, creative approvals, program issues, capability development opportunities, and process development.•Working with key stakeholders, build strategies, programs, tactics and facilitate learning and process changes which lead to achieving core Loyalty Program KPI’s and deliverables in a highly collaborative and integrated manner

Job Requirements

Owner of all Direct to Customer Coupons

  • On-going communication with Loyalty Marketing, Merchandising, Sales planning, CMAfacilitation of Direct to Customer Coupons in CRM Campaigns
  • On-going liaison with internal and external Customer Service DepartmentsLeadership
  • High Proficiency in learning new systems, Microsoft office suite / Office 365
  • Adaptable, flexible and willing to learn new processes
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to manage multiple on-going tasks and prioritize, with guidance in a fast paced retail environment
  • Ability to read and interpret marketing and research data
  • Retail marketing/operations/CRM knowledge or experience, a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Bilingual English/French is an asset
