Job Description

Execution of People Strategy and Overall HR Roadmap
• Program management of the overall people strategy/HR rhythm – integrated plan, dependencies, capacity planning, and integrating mechanisms.  Increase accountability and reinforce collaboration.
• Governance structure and set up
• Metrics rollup and reporting
• Integration and interface with all other company processes to ease transition
• Risk Management definition and integration
• HR Roadmap development and updates
• Communications milestone planning
 
Integration with EPMO, Operations and Other Integrating Mechanisms
•  Operations integration – what is impacting operations, readiness, etc.
•  EPMO point of contact for overall HR rhythm and portfolio needs, integration, reporting, etc.
 
Manage, Integrate and Own HR Rhythm of the business
• Human Resources Leadership Team (HRLT) – agenda, pre-read, reporting, etc.
• Executive Committee – materials, rollup, etc.
• HR Directors meeting
• Communications rhythm to HR team
 
HR Leaders Forum & Quarterly updates
•  Project plan and management
•  Logistics workstream
 
Project Acceleration
• Ensure methods and tools are understood and key integration areas are followed

Job Requirements

• An Undergraduate Degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience 
• Experience in the development and delivery of processes, tools and programs
• Experience in facilitation and delivering presentations
• Experience in retail an asset
