As a Grocery Retail Leadership Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with leaders in the Retail Industry with robust learning, collaboration, and engaging experiences! The Grocery Retail Leadership Internship program offers interns:


During this two-year summer internship program, you will be engaged in meaningful work in the heart of the business at one of our retail locations. You’ll have the opportunity to apply your education to a fast-paced, challenging, positive and motivating Grocery Retail environment, and grow your knowledge and skills in a variety of areas such as merchandising, supply chain and finance. You will develop the leadership and on-the-job skills necessary to be a successful retail leader through:

  • Real-life experiences
  • Learning and coaching from seasoned leaders and,
  • Opportunities to meet with a mentor


This program is available in various locations throughout Ontario.

We are seeking students that meet the following criteria:


  • Plan to graduate in 2024 or 2025 from a post-secondary program in Business Administration, Commerce, or another relevant program
  • You are a team player who likes to collaborate and build relationships
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Continuous improvement mindset
