We are looking for an Enterprise Architect with experience in E-Commerce, Loyalty, and Marketing Technology stacks. This role will play a critical part in defining the technology landscape while ensuring alignment with business goals.
As an Enterprise Architect, you will partner with key stakeholders to assess capability and technology gaps, identify opportunities for modernization and balance short-term needs with long-term goals by offering incremental approaches to achieve objectives.

What You’ll Do:
- Guide and influence technology decision-making, ensuring scalable, secure, and forward-looking architectures that deliver value for our employees, stores and customers.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to ensure architecture is aligned with business strategy and customer experience goals.
- Own an up-to-date view of current, transition, and target state architectures for e-commerce, loyalty, and marketing technologies.
- Establish best practices for architecture governance, standards, and delivery models.
- Support the solution delivery lifecycle, ensuring adherence to EA principles and industry best practices.

- Ability to understand business strategy and short-term perspectives of situations.
- Ability to effectively research emerging technologies and trends, standards and products.
- Ability to analyze project, program and portfolio needs, as well as to determine the resources needed to achieve objectives and overcome cross-functional barriers.
- Ability to balance short-term results with long-term needs and to offer incremental approaches to achieve strategic objectives.
What You Have to Offer:
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT, with 3+ years as an Enterprise or Solution Architect.
- Knowledge of modern architecture repositories and frameworks.
- Expertise in IT business processes and technology planning.
- Experience in designing and implementing architectures for e-commerce, digital marketing stacks, and loyalty platforms.
- Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake to enable data-driven decision-making and personalized customer interactions (considered an asset).
- Experience with advanced technologies (AI, ML, automation, cloud-native solutions) to drive innovation in customer engagement and marketing (considered an asset).
- Bilingualism (English and French) considered an asset.
