We currently have a Contract opportunity for a ERP IT Solution Lead - Stores (20 months contract). This role can be based out of one our main offices including: Stellarton, NS; Mississauga, ON; Calgary, AB.
Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
In this exciting role, you will:
- Lead and coach project development teams in architecting solutions that achieve project goals while meeting our architecture and IT principles.
- Deliver solution Blueprints and Technical Designs.
- Influence the evolution of enterprise architecture strategic goals and deliverables.
- Evaluate and provide input into discovery initiatives, business proposals and charters for new projects.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, techniques, and processes to enhance software development and quality.
- Analyze current technical solutions to meet the business process.
- Consult on recommendations for business process change with respect to total solution.
- Analyze technical changes required to meet new business goal.
- Determine business and technical requirements for the solution.

- An Undergraduate degree in a related area.
- Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in all aspects of the development and deployment of software solutions in a distributed environment.
- Technical knowledge of cloud, Azure, integration, and architecture standards.
- Experience and knowledge of retail systems including POS, workforce, fresh and ordering systems.
- Significant experience in 3 or more distinct software development environments.
- Demonstrated ability to align technical solutions to business goals.
- Great breadth and depth of technical and business knowledge, strong familiarity with current and upcoming technological capabilities, and a proven ability to architect, construct, and deploy solutions in a collaborative team environment.
- Effective communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate and coordinate with others in a matrix organization.
- Planning and execution skills with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple resources to a team goal.
- Leading all the IT Lead role within projects.
