Overview

 

The Director of Organizational Effectiveness works with functional leaders to define, develop and execute functional talent strategies that deliver on functional talent priorities such as performance, development, diverse representation, compensation, career growth, workforce planning and engagement.

Job Description

 

 

  • Leads day-to-day execution of functional talent strategies for priority areas with input and support of business and HR teams
  • Manages internal client relationship with VPs and Directors to support the business strategy, deliver the functional talent plan, engages participants and achieves key talent KPIs
  • Develops functional 3-5 year talent strategies with senior leaders to develop capabilities that meets the needs of the function, using data collection and analysis, issue identification, options development and action planning
  • Develops the architecture, methodology, tools and templates to develop and deliver the right set of organizational capability programs to achieve key talent KPIs
  • Works with subject matter experts to synthesize information, develop insight and provide HR business advice to functional leaders
  • Manages function wide transformational change by anticipating and addressing change impacts and developing strong stakeholder engagement to drive alignment and accelerate capability improvements
  • Reports on key performance indicators, including accuracy of data distributed, to support leaders to achieve talent key performance indicators
  • Leads multiple working teams including a small team of direct reports

Job Requirements

 

  • Proven program management in a fast-paced environment
  • An Undergraduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience 
  • 5-7 years experience leading teams
