We’re looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking leader to join us as Director, Programs & Major Project Delivery. This is a key role at the intersection of technology, strategy, and execution — responsible for leading enterprise-scale programs and transformation initiatives that enable our long-term success.

 

You’ll bring a combination of deep program leadership experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to engage, influence, and align senior leaders across the organization.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

 

Drive Large-Scale Technology & Transformation Initiatives

  • Lead the planning and delivery of enterprise-wide programs with a strong focus on technology and digital transformation
  • Manage cross-functional roadmaps, program interdependencies, and change impacts
  • Ensure programs deliver measurable business outcomes and value

 

Engage Executives & Shape Strategic Execution

  • Work directly with executive sponsors and senior leaders to ensure alignment with business priorities
  • Translate strategy into actionable program plans, drive accountability, and act as the escalation point for key decisions
  • Influence at all levels with credibility, clarity, and confidence

 

Lead a High-Performing Program Delivery Team

  • Guide and mentor a team of experienced project and program managers
  • Champion delivery excellence, risk management, and benefit realization across initiatives

What you have to offer:

 

  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise technology and transformation programs
  • Proven success delivering complex initiatives in large, matrixed environments
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification; MBA or relevant graduate degree is an asset
  • Experience working across hybrid delivery models (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Background in ERP, digital, or IT modernization is a strong advantage
  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset - we support teams and partners across Canada
