Job Description

  • Manage the logistics for all leadership development courses delivered by the HR Operations team.
  • Support the creation and implementation of the annual leadership development plan for Operations.
  • Support HRBP’s to ensure they are setup for success in delivering leadership development curriculum.
  • Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness and business impact of all assigned initiatives through established metrics.
  • Support the harmonization of HR initiatives across all geographies in coordination with the HR Operations team.
  • Create feasible solutions and/or processes through on-going analysis and problem solving in support of the HR Operations team.
  • Support new and on-going team projects as required.
  • Build meaningful relationships with all key stakeholders and partners.
  • Maintain Key Contacts worksheet for HR Operations team.
  • Work with HRBPs in the field to drive the execution of HR initiatives
  • Collaborate/partner with HR CoEs and Operations CoE
  • Work with Finance team to ensure HR initiatives are accurately costed out for operating budgets/franchise proformas

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree or a DEC with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Travel – minimal
