The Coordinator, Digital Offer Execution is part of the Sobeys Marketing Technology team and supports the end to end creation and execution of all digital offers, supporting various business units participating in Sobeys digital offers program. The key objectives of this role are to create error free offers to supporting the cross-functional Loyalty & CRM teams’ efforts to deliver a best in class personalization experience to engage members and drive sales. This will be accomplished through strong data management skills, cross-functional project management and Loyalty program benefit communication.
Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
- Own and manage the Perso Coupon Database with the creation and maintenance of targeted coupons and campaigns, including all quality control checks for weekly load to card, monthly or quarterly ad-hoc campaigns such as article maintenance, coupon proofs, image verification, system set up and offer testing
- Manage Supplier Funding allowances for Perso Coupons based on Loyalty team’s strategy
- Produce and communicate MGO/LTC offer summaries
- Work with 3rd party, Loyalty and Customer Care teams to identify and rectify customer service issues with regards to Perso Offers
- Support the Analytics & Insights team by providing required information to complete program reporting, PCA’s, and investigating program issues
- Actively participate in scoping enhancements to the offer management system through the documentation of requirements and lead the testing effort for Campaign Files related to offers
- On-going communication with Loyalty Marketing, CMA facilitation of Perso Coupons in CRM Campaigns
- Error free management of coupon processes to deliver accurate promotions to customers
- Responsible for delivering training sessions to new team members as they are onboarded to facilitate their successful integration and development.
